• Our care coordinator will answer any questions and set up a time to meet with you to complete the Needs of Service agreement and make financial arrangements
• We can be available to meet with you the next day, and in some circumstances the same day (hospital discharges, crisis situations, etc.)

We have made every effort to provide as much information on our website as possible. Realizing a website is no substitution for a one-on-one conversation with a care coordinator, we encourage you to call us for any further information you may need or with questions you may have. If you determine our service fits your need, we will schedule a visit as soon as possible. An informative meeting affords seniors and family members an opportunity to learn more about the specifics of how care will be provided. Costs are based on household income allowing most seniors the ability to secure needed help. Services and the respective costs are clearly stated in writing to assure everyone an informed and complete understanding. Depending on the urgency your need, we may also have the recommended caregiver attend this first meeting. Otherwise, your care coordinator will introduce the caregiver and client on the first day of service.
