Statement of Purpose and Mission
- To enhance the dignity and respect of seniors by
providing a focused concern for their overall well being.
- To make a positive and valuable contribution to the
quality of life of those seniors seeking assistance at home.
- To provide help for those families that have care
responsibilities for seniors, and need a respite from the
time and stress that those concerns require.
United Homecare Services, a non-profit public benefit corporation, was founded in 2001 with the purpose of providing a broad range of in-home, non-medical care and assistance. The original office in Coos Bay, Oregon now serves 3 counties; Coos, Curry and Douglas. In 2005 United Homecare Services established its second office in McMinnville, Oregon to service the increasing population and needs of Yamhill County.
Overseen by a Board of Directors and a dedicated staff of area managers, along with care coordinators and numerous caregivers, United Homecare Services continues to strive to find the best methods possible to contribute to their communities. Using the resources of dedicated and experienced people, United Homecare Services constantly looks to refine its ability to best serve its clientele in the most cost-effect, flexible and conscientious ways possible. It is the helping hands of many that make light the burdens of others.
